We work in a hybrid mode 3+2, with a minimum of 3 days at the office (with mandatory Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and a maximum of 2 days at the home office.

Your Role & Team As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the experience for SolarWinds Observability – Logs, simplifying massive data volumes into actionable interfaces. You’ll be an integral part of a global design community of 18 professionals.
Global Reach: Work with colleagues from Florida and Austin to Bangalore and Uruguay. 🌎
Local Hub: In Brno, join a group of 4 UX Designers, a PO, and a Researcher. In Kraków, we have our local UX pioneer. 🤝

Your Experience
5+ years designing enterprise SaaS or data-intensive applications. 📈
Strong portfolio showcasing log analysis, data visualization, or workflow-driven designs.
Expertise in Figma and deep understanding of systems thinking. 🎨
Proven ability to design for complex data hierarchies and filtering mechanisms.
Comfortable working in Agile environments, embracing rapid iteration.
Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale to stakeholders.
