We work in a hybrid mode 3+2, with a minimum of 3 days at the office (with mandatory Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and a maximum of 2 days at the home office.

Your Role & Team As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design for SolarWinds Network Infrastructure Observability (NIO). You’ll be an integral part of a global design community of 18 professionals.
Global Reach: Work with colleagues from Florida and Austin to Bangalore and Uruguay. 🌎
Local Hub: In Brno, you'll join a vibrant group of 4 UX Designers, a PO, and a Researcher.
NIO Tandem: You will work in a close tandem with our experienced UX colleague based right here in Brno to ensure the best possible design outcomes. 🚀

Your Experience
5+ years designing enterprise SaaS products or complex B2B applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing data-rich, workflow-driven product experiences.
Expertise in Figma and deep understanding of systems thinking. 🎨
Proven ability to design for complex data hierarchies and large-scale workflows.
Comfortable working in Agile environments, embracing rapid iteration.
Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale to stakeholders. 🤝
Preference
Experience designing for network monitoring, observability, or developer tools.
Familiarity with incident management workflows and performance dashboards.
