Job Title: UX Designer

As a UX Designer you will be working on exciting projects to create exceptional user experiences. You will learn from experienced designers, contribute to the design process, and gain hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Create user personas, basic mockups and scenarios to guide the design process
• Design intuitive and efficient information architecture for websites and applications.
• Organize content and create user flows that are easy to understand and navigate.
• Ensure that information is presented in a clear and logical manner.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure that visual designs are consistent with the overall brand identity.
• Create style guides and design systems to maintain consistency across products.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights to inform design decisions.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision).
• Experience with interactive prototyping and user testing.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
