GoSaaS seeks a Solution Architect to support Oracle SaaS solution implementation and develop next-generation products and customer solutions. Lead end-to-end enterprise technology and cloud implementations, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and multiple workstreams. Serve as the primary client-facing liaison while coordinating architects, consultants, developers, integration teams, QA, and global resources. Facilitate governance and executive communications, resolve delivery roadblocks, manage scope changes and project financials, and ensure quality, accountability, and client satisfaction.

Provides Level 1 technical support by monitoring alerts, responding to user and client inquiries, triaging and troubleshooting tickets, communicating status updates, and escalating issues under SLAs. Also assists with system maintenance, documentation, cross-functional projects, and internal support initiatives during lower-volume periods.

Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines, data models, schemas, and warehouse structures. Optimize SQL and NoSQL queries, monitor pipeline performance, manage data governance and access controls, and troubleshoot data integration issues. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support analytics and machine learning initiatives.

Designs, maintains, and improves reporting systems and dashboards; ensures data accuracy; supports stakeholders with report requests; optimizes reporting technology and workflows.

The OTM/GTM Architect will design, implement, and optimize OTM solutions, collaborate with customers, oversee projects, and mentor team members.

Lead Oracle SCM Cloud implementations by gathering and documenting requirements, configuring modules, troubleshooting, testing, training, and mentoring project teams. Deliver full lifecycle SCM projects working with internal and Oracle teams to implement industry best practices across manufacturing, inventory, procurement, planning, order management, and maintenance.

Design and build responsive web and mobile applications on Oracle VBCS, integrate front-ends with REST/JSON back-ends (ERP/HCM/third-party), extend UIs with JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage lifecycle via Visual Builder Studio (CI/CD, version control).

Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementations: gather requirements, design and configure finance modules, mentor project teams, coordinate integrations and custom reports, execute test plans, provide functional support and troubleshooting, and ensure solution quality.

Serve as offshore lead architect for large-scale, multi-country Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM rollouts. Design global template architectures aligned with enterprise standards, manage offshore delivery quality, advise C-level stakeholders, lead phased deployments, oversee data migration and cutover, and apply AI-led delivery and automation to accelerate implementations while ensuring localization and integration consistency.

Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, lead client deployments, integrate SCM modules with other systems, provide end-user training and post-go-live support, and troubleshoot functional issues to meet business requirements.

Lead Oracle Order Management (OM) implementations and delivery for GoSaaS clients, coordinating technical and functional design, managing project teams, ensuring successful SaaS deployments, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Lead solution design for Core Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Supply Planning. Drive supplier portal rollout and intake process integration from global planning. Perform fit-gap analysis, write functional specifications, and collaborate with manufacturing and inventory teams on sourcing and replenishment design for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.

Lead technical delivery of Oracle Cloud SaaS projects including on-premises to cloud migrations, configuration, customization, and integrations for medium-to-large enterprises. Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful implementation across regulated manufacturing and life sciences environments.

Lead and support Redwood UX migrations and configure Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle CX Sales. Gather requirements, perform fit-gap and solution design, drive SIT/UAT testing, manage integrations (REST/SOAP, OIC) and data migration (FBDI/HDL), provide L2/L3 support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CX solutions with business goals.

Responsible for managing EDI systems, leading trading partner onboarding, integration with ERP systems, and ensuring accurate data exchange. Requires expertise in ANSI X12 transaction sets and EDI software.

Lead EDI architecture and full lifecycle onboarding for trading partners: gather requirements, develop and maintain ANSI X12 maps (850,855,940,856,810,753,754,214), monitor and troubleshoot transactions, integrate EDI with WMS/ERP (SAP, Oracle), document specifications, and improve EDI processes and partner compliance.
