Roles and Responsibilities
- Ownership of the monthly variable compensation paid to indirect sales channel partners across all AIS and PCS and disputes management in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support P&L estimates (QMI), planning (LTS, Budget for both internal and external stakeholders) and drive closing, audits & reporting communication (quarter close, MOR reviews) in partnership with Product Finance, USCAN FP&A, USCAN Controllership and Variable Compensation team.
- Ownership of orders & sales reporting & Annual Budget, cost (SG&A) & margin analytics for both P&Ls, support productivity initiatives and margin expansion including during commercial contract renewal negotiations.
- Help drive automation projects and Lean initiatives to drive operational and financial efficiencies in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial operations, Analytics team).
- Support the USCAN National Accounts & Indirect Sales Channels Finance Manager, Indirect Sales Channels GMs and National Accounts GMs with area specific analytics & requests.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- A minimum of 4+ years’ financial work experience, including Commercial Finance, FP&A.

- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers.

- Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment.
