Job SummaryThis position is responsible for leading and managing a team of Dental Network Development recruiters and/or Professional Services Account Executives and Network Retention Specialists. Network growth and retention, review dental network data, territories and sales requests to identify network expansion and retention opportunities, increase and strengthen our dental provider network and maximize our competitive network positions. This position is focused on process development and improvements while working with teammates to ensure strategies are implemented and goals are achieved/exceeded, and all departmental metrics are met.Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience with dental PPO field recruitment or 4 years experience with DHMO recruitment OR 8 years dental recruitment experience.
* Supervisory experience and/or leadership experience.
* Organizational and decision- making skills.
* Knowledge of provider contract and recruitment
* Ability to travel up to 70% of the time in order to recruit, train and manage field recruitment staff.
* Conflict resolution skills.
* Experience balancing multiple priorities while meeting commitments for quality and delivery at agreed upon schedules.
* Detail oriented.
* Time management skills.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Problem solving skills.
* PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$61,500.00 - $136,100.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
