This role will lead the following across all Business Units in Unilever Philippines:
1. Agency Management

  • Manage the operations and performance of Media Agency of Record.
  • Optimize workflows and organization design to maximize performance across all Business Units
  • Ensure compliance of agency to Unilever MSA and audit requirements
  • Liaise across Business Units to deploy One-Unilever initiatives, ranging from partner commitments to shared capabilities and fees

2. Partner Management

  • Lead the negotiation with JBP media partners on behalf of all Business Units
  • Manage partner relationship and ensure alignment of partnerships to both Unilever and Business Unit agenda

3. Data Governance

  • Chair the Data and AI Governance Council in the Philippines, ensuring compliance to both Philippines and internal data mandatories.
  • A Data and AI Governance Council helps ensure cross-functional alignment
  • and accountability by bringing together key stakeholders—such as marketing, legal, data, and IT—to address strategic priorities, regulatory updates, and operational risks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in media, communications, or network operations
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with media teams both internal and external organizations
  • Strong track record of building partnerships with agencies, business units (BUs), and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to drive alignment
  • Solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices
