Join our dynamic Performance Business Transformation team as a Product Delivery Associate where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our client onboarding process. We are seeking a proactive individual contributor to expedite the transition of asset owner and asset manager clients from a legacy internal platform to an innovative external platform. You'll also provide insightful portfolio performance analysis to institutional clients, including investment managers and superannuation funds. As a Product Delivery Associate within the Performance Business Transformation team, you will expedite the transition of asset owner and asset manager clients from a legacy internal platform to an innovative external platform. You will provide insightful portfolio performance analysis to institutional clients, including investment managers and superannuation funds, and collaborate with global teams to drive business success.
Job responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis of investment portfolios, including attribution analysis, benchmarking, and performance measurement against objectives.
- Develop and maintain performance and risk reporting frameworks, dashboards, and models to deliver timely and accurate insights to clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors and internal management/front-line staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with performance operations to gain insights into client behavior and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of both legacy and external platform functions to drive business success.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively to verify performance/risk analytics across multiple platforms using advanced tools.
- Identify, document, and resolve production issues before and after migration to ensure smooth transitions.
- Lead the implementation of performance measurement and risk analytics systems and tools, including data validation and testing.
- Provide clear and concise client migration status updates and assist in prioritizing tasks to meet client needs.
- Present findings, outcomes, and innovative solutions at stakeholder meetings to drive informed decision-making.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in banking, business management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience working with institutional clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with leading performance, attribution, and analytics software platforms, such as Factset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance analysis, risk analytics, or investment analytics within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of investment products, asset classes, and financial markets.
- Familiarity with the systems/software development lifecycle to support technology-driven solutions.
- Proficiency with office productivity software to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Positive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges and continuous learning.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to solve complex problems.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Industry recognized professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA and CIPM are encouraged

- Shift Schedule: will follow either EMEA or Night Shift
