Position Summary 

As Team Members of the Uniforms team, Uniform Supervisors are CRCR Ambassadors and take personal ownership to

ensure their actions are in the best interest of the business. Uniform Supervisors are responsible for purchasing,

collecting, laundering, and maintaining Team Member uniforms and the uniform room. This includes managing

inventory, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining an exceptional

level of internal Guest service.  

Position Functions 

Essential Functions:

• Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Support and motivate Team Members while ensuring team responsibilities are performed according to

established departmental standards.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.

• Maintain inventory control of all items and clothing.

• Ensure quality controls are in place for all uniform processes, rejecting exceptions.

• Be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the Uniform Room.

• Ensure uniforms are ordered and controlled in line with business and events.

• Report to management if any uniforms must be discarded or replenished while ensuring the proper procedure

is followed.

• Perform administrative responsibilities including but not limited to documenting, typing reports, purchase

orders, payroll deductions, and filing.

• Ensure uniforms are properly stored and recorded.

• Spearhead and implement uniform standards and ensure all Team Members are in accordance with standards.

• Ensure Team Members adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations.

• Issue uniforms to Team Members and maintain uniform records.

• Spearhead and implement an inventory and uniform check strategy and process that aligns with the CRCR

brand and expectations.

• Provide endofthemonth reporting of expenses/budget.

• Recommend equipment, linen, and chemical purchasing needs to management in budget preparation.

• Manage Team Member service issues quickly and effectively.

• Be responsible for proper running of equipment and proper amounts of chemicals.

• Other duties as assigned.

Core Supervisor Competencies: 

• Lead and manage people and processes while overseeing and directing daily department operations.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on departmental processes and procedures.

• Assist in recruitment, hiring, training, and Team Member engagement.

• Lead coaching, corrective counseling, and performance evaluations to Leads and Team Members.  

• Set and oversee objectives and development for Leads and Team Members. 

• Develop and adjust schedules to align with business requirements. 

• Assist with employment terminations exclusively under the guidance and oversight of department

management. 

• Aid in drafting, creating, and updating policies and procedures under the guidance of Leadership.  

• Assist in budget creation, meeting revenue targets, managing expenses effectively, and ensuring adherence to

annual budgetary limitations.

Qualifications 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age. 

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). 

• 1+ years in hospitality operations such as Laundry, Housekeeping, or Uniform Room. 

• 1+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role. 

• Know inventory management.  

• Be able to plan lowcomplexity projects and project planning skills. 

• Familiarity with training Team Members. 

• Have basic tailoring skills. 

• Have basic math skills. 

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.   

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 2+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role. 

• 3+ years in hospitality operations such as Laundry, Housekeeping, or Uniform Room.
