Serve as first point of contact delivering exceptional guest service; answer phones, screen calls, assist managers with scheduling, receive goods and follow PO workflow, maintain security logbooks and visitor badges, perform clerical duties, and support administrative tasks.

Provide first-response medical care to guests and team members on property; perform Security Officer duties, train and supervise staff, maintain medical equipment and inventory, document incidents, coordinate with law enforcement, conduct Red Cross training, and safely transport individuals as needed.

Deal assigned table games while delivering excellent guest service; supervise dealers and pit operations when required; ensure game integrity, regulatory compliance (including Title 31), accurate payouts, chip inventory, jackpots, and documentation; promote Players Club; assist with training, incident resolution, and enforcement of departmental standards.

Lead and oversee Casino Host and VIP services to acquire, develop, and retain top-tier guests. Build and analyze relationship marketing programs, manage budgets and performance metrics, coordinate VIP events and visits, resolve guest issues, and drive revenue through targeted multicultural outreach and promotional strategies. Mentor team, enforce policies, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
