Oversee uniform room operations, including purchasing, inventory, laundering, storage, issuance, maintenance, vendor coordination, and order fulfillment. Supervise and develop team members, manage schedules, quality controls, safety standards, records, expenses, purchasing recommendations, and reporting. Provide internal guest service, maintain equipment and chemical supplies, enforce uniform standards, and support hiring, training, performance management, and departmental procedures.

Coordinates group sales and private events from proposal through payment, including booking, client service, layouts, seating, vendor coordination, banquet paperwork, setup, execution, breakdown, attendance tracking, reporting, and sales forecasting. Partners with hotel, food and beverage, marketing, culinary, and community teams to deliver successful events, resolve operational challenges, and build repeat business.

Supports daily HR operations, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, leave management, employee development, performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes, HRIS administration, and employment-law compliance. The role also manages attendance and 401(k) programs, responds to employee and applicant inquiries, maintains HR policies, and escalates complex matters appropriately.

Lead and oversee Casino Host and VIP services to acquire, develop, and retain top-tier guests. Build and analyze relationship marketing programs, manage budgets and performance metrics, coordinate VIP events and visits, resolve guest issues, and drive revenue through targeted multicultural outreach and promotional strategies. Mentor team, enforce policies, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Deal assigned table games while delivering excellent guest service; supervise dealers and pit operations when required; ensure game integrity, regulatory compliance (including Title 31), accurate payouts, chip inventory, jackpots, and documentation; promote Players Club; assist with training, incident resolution, and enforcement of departmental standards.
