Supports daily HR operations, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, leave management, employee development, performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes, HRIS administration, and employment-law compliance. The role also manages attendance and 401(k) programs, responds to employee and applicant inquiries, maintains HR policies, and escalates complex matters appropriately.

Ensure workplace safety through policy development, inspections, audits, incident investigation, training, emergency planning, and regulatory compliance. Maintain accident logs, coordinate abatement, support safety committee, liaise with agencies, and monitor workers' compensation and safety budgets.

Perform kitchen cleaning and dishwashing duties to maintain sanitation and order. Tasks include washing/sorting dishes, mopping floors, deep-cleaning equipment, handling trash, assisting with deliveries, supporting prep cooks and catering, following safety procedures, and reporting faulty equipment.

Lead and oversee Casino Host and VIP services to acquire, develop, and retain top-tier guests. Build and analyze relationship marketing programs, manage budgets and performance metrics, coordinate VIP events and visits, resolve guest issues, and drive revenue through targeted multicultural outreach and promotional strategies. Mentor team, enforce policies, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Deal assigned table games while delivering excellent guest service; supervise dealers and pit operations when required; ensure game integrity, regulatory compliance (including Title 31), accurate payouts, chip inventory, jackpots, and documentation; promote Players Club; assist with training, incident resolution, and enforcement of departmental standards.

Performs kitchen cleaning and dishwashing duties: wash, sort, sanitize dishes and equipment; maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety; assist with deliveries, catering, prep cooks, stocking, and deep cleaning; report equipment issues and support special events.
