Uniform Associate PT

SUMMARY: Responsible for the issue, return and control of all Resort uniforms.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)

• Documents and processes uniform issues and returns from Team Members.
• Processes uniforms going to and from dry cleaners, ensures all paperwork is completed.
• Provides feedback to Lead Uniform Associate on any uniform requirements or alterations as requested by Team Members.
• Documents any damage to uniforms and notifies Lead Uniform Associate of any shortages/missing uniforms.
• Maintains uniform inventory using barcode/RFID system.
• Maintains uniform area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Provides excellent guest service with internal and external Guests.
• Maintains loaner uniform records.
• Assists Uniform Associate Is as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations in order to perform inventory counts as necessary.
• Must possess excellent communication and writing skills.
• Must have good computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
• Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
• Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
• Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.

Work Environment:

• Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment.
• Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
• Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
