Your New Role:
- Assist underwriters in underwriting insurance risks, including triaging inquiries, preparing information, and closing deals.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.
- Regularly collect, compile, and analyse market information to share with the team.
- Support credit control in payment collection by coordinating with intermediaries.
- Track, report, and analyse the team's referrals, backlogs, and productivity.
- Be the digital ambassador of the team.
- Recommend and implement initiatives to streamline policies and processes.
- Provide interpretation and advice on policies, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate data in relevant systems and databases.
- Deliver business results by allocated intermediaries as a key performance indicator.
About You:
- Some experience in the insurance business
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
