Job Description:
The Role:
The EMEA Senior Training & Education Manager will primarily focus on training customers and prospects on the company's devices and products. This role is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with the UK and Ireland (UKI) customer base and expanding all aspects of in-country training (70% of responsibilities). Additionally, the Training & Education Manager will support and coordinate with the broader EMEA team (30% of responsibilities), contributing to cross-functional initiatives and facilitating the rollout of global training programs in partnership with our sales and marketing teams.
What you’ll do:
Job Responsibilities

Deliver high impact training for aestheticians, physicians, spa managers and other customers as well as HydraFacial sales professionals.

Presenting and facilitating trainings and demonstrations for groups of 25 -100 as well as conducting hands on technique demonstrations.

Collaborate with local sales and marketing staff and the EMEA Training & Education team to understand business needs.

Develop internal training programs for the EMEA market including IGNITE (new hire) Programs, sales training, product launches, and other learning & development initiatives.

Develop, deliver and support distributor training in collaboration with sales leadership and marketing.

Directly coach, mentor and support the growth & development of EMEA training team members.

Coordinate with Global partners to ensure regional execution of brand training plans.

Collaborate with local sales team & corporate accounts to host demo days, training days, and focused customer training programs for high profile brands.

Manage and facilitate internal and external training activities within the local Centre of Expertise.

Support country teams with LMS assistance as required.

Work closely with local sales teams to support field training and trade shows.

Book Academies and HFX venues and manage all communication to attendees.

Order stock and supplies and send stock/deliveries.

Maintain Academies booking document/calendar.

Report Academy/HFX cancellations and no shows to accounts so a charge can be issued.

Other duties as assigned.
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education
Required:
-
A minimum of 3-5 years proven experience as a trainer
-
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in training content development
-
Strong communication & polished presentation skills to deliver high impact in front of audiences large and small – face to face and on camera
-
Proven event coordination track record including vendor management
-
Experience using LMS
-
Knowledge of effective teaching methods, tools and instructional design methodologies

Advanced knowledge of MS Office software, with extensive experience in PowerPoint
-
Ability to travel frequently, including domestic and international travel on average 50%

Fluency in English a must
Desired:

Experience managing a team of 3+ individuals

2+ years’ experience in field sales

Strategic annual program planning and budget management

Beauty or aesthetics industry experience

Aesthetic license with clinical/hands on experience, strongly preferred
