Role of an On-Site Coordinator:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client at the onsite location.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through daily interaction and issue resolution.
- Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and orientation of our agency employees working as production operatives which includes building staff rota’s to meet fluctuating client demands with changes happening daily, completing the full pre screening, interview & induction processes for new agency workers.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance metrics of our employees and take action where needed.
- Resolve client and employee issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and client policies.
- Completing various KPI and payroll reports
- Completing daily payroll for all employees and submitting to head office for processing on a Monday
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees and escalate any concerns appropriately.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and increased client satisfaction.
As an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have:
- Experience within a similar people management or recruitment role.
- Knowledge of right to work and working time regulations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues effectively
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, problem-solving approach to decision-making
