Role of an Account Manager:
- To demonstrate full ownership of account management and site processes
- To manage and maintain an active headcount (in line with customer demand) to ensure daily fulfilment of requirements are met
- To manage the daily rota of the staff, run payroll, manage holidays, sickness and any client or workers queries
- To manage, coach and develop the onsite team through: Daily & weekly team meetings, regular 121s and performance reviews
- To demonstrate company visions and values by operating within company SOPs and all compliance / legislative processes as dictated by customer relationships
- To build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Head Office and to drive the onsite team to build strong relationships with relevant personnel
- To manage onsite expenditure in line with guidelines agreed with line manager
As an Account Manager, you will need to have:
- Previous experience as Account manager/ Onsite manager
- Experience dealing with multiple clients preferably in the recruitment sector
- Experience in a warehouse is desirable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proactive planning
- Computer literate – outlook, excel and word
- Full driving license essential (bi-weekly traveling to other sites may be required)
