We’re searching for a Skopje-based UI/UX Designer to join our R&D team, so that we can create user-centered digital experiences that drive measurable product value. The UI/UX Designer I will transform business requirements and user research into high-fidelity designs and prototypes to optimize immediate product outcomes and enhance the safety of healthcare operations.
How You’ll Spend Your Time-
Conducting user interviews and usability testing to gather data informing evidence-based design decisions.

Creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in order to clearly convey product functionality and design intent to stakeholders.

Identifying and validating product opportunities through structured experimentation to discover the most effective solutions for user and business goals.

Partnering with engineers and product managers in order to translate complex requirements into technically feasible and impactful design solutions.

Iterating on design visuals based on qualitative and quantitative feedback to enhance clarity, effectiveness, and user engagement.

Demonstrated experience in user-centered digital product design, specifically creating wireframes and prototypes for complex challenges.

Proven success in leveraging research data to validate design choices and prioritize features that maximize product outcomes.

In-depth knowledge on how to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints through creative problem-solving.

Ability to commute to our Skopje office as part of our hybrid working model.
