What You'll Do
Own and strictly implement test plans for various features and systems.
Perform comprehensive manual testing to identify and resolve issues.
Successfully lead bug triage sessions and determine quality risks.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and build teams.
Report on quality metrics and keep collaborators promptly informed.
Promote the use of standard processes for QA and offer support to junior team members to help them progress.
Maintain and apply QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Postman.
Use Charles Proxy to monitor network traffic and debug issues.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in manual testing within a software development environment.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, and Charles Proxy.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
A passion for gaming and a dedication to delivering high-quality products.
This is a hybrid position, combining remote work with three days per week working from our Skopje office.
