We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with exceptionally strong UI design skills, who thrives in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments and is passionate about creating high-impact digital experiences enhanced by the latest AI design technologies.

At the start, you will focus on designing installation experiences for a global conference, producing compelling generative AI-driven graphics and animations that engage and inspire. Beyond this, you must also be able to design best-in-class business intelligence applications spanning desktop and mobile, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and elegant interfaces that elevate user experience.

This is not a role for traditional designers—we’re looking for someone who moves fast, adapts faster, and consistently delivers cutting-edge design solutions.

Key Responsibilities 

• Create installation design experiences for a global conference, including generative AI graphics and animations.
• Support visually engaging marketing deliverables (e.g., product mockups, feature highlights, social media assets, event visuals) using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and generative AI tools.
• Design modern, visually striking, user-centered interfaces with a strong emphasis on UI quality and detail.
• Design best-in-class business intelligence applications across desktop and mobile, ensuring usability and scalability.
• Translate complex problems and user needs into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Rapidly prototype product concepts using Figma and AI tools (e.g., Sora, RunwayML, Midjourney).
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating insights into design iterations.
• Contribute to and advance design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.

Required Qualifications 

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design with a portfolio highlighting outstanding UI design skills across desktop and mobile applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with motion/video tooling (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, Runway).
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, RunwayML, Sora, or similar).
• Strong grasp of accessibility, responsive design, and modern UX principles.
• Experience designing data-rich, enterprise, or business intelligence applications is highly valued.
• Comfortable working in agile, iterative environments with the ability to pivot quickly while maintaining design excellence.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and collaborate across functions.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multinational team operating across three time zones.
• Motion, video, or 3D design expertise (e.g., WebGL, Spline, Unreal Engine).
• Background in enterprise SaaS or analytics platforms.
• Passion for AI and Bitcoin.
• Work onsite from the Warsaw office 3 days a week.
