Responsibilities
- Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across our websites;
- Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs;
- Maintain and expand the design systems in a strategic and sustainable way;
- Analyze current website patterns and flows and proactively suggest web UX/UI improvements to drive innovation, consistency, clarity and ease of use for end users;
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, web content managers, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO managers, data analytics & other stakeholders for cross-team collaborations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in web design, with a portfolio that showcases your expertise in creating engaging web pages;
- Proficiency in Figma (being up-to-date with the newest feature releases and able to implement it at work for process optimization);
- Experience working with design systems;
- User research and/or prototyping experience is a plus;
- A keen eye for detail, passion for creating pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experience;
- Ability to autonomously and proactively identify problems and opportunities and execute improvements;
- Experience with analytic tools (for example, Hotjar) or A/B testing tools;
- Experience working with B2B/SaaS products is a plus;
- Great communication and presentation skills, critical thinking and ability to rationalize your design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and have a strong sense of ownership;
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with all stakeholder groups;
- A true team player;
- Fluent English.
