Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create user-centric designs that enhance engagement, drive users to target pages, and align with marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical expertise, marketing knowledge, and an understanding of user behavior to improve conversions and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interfaces for marketing websites and landing pages, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.
  • Optimize user journeys to increase conversions and reduce drop-offs.
  • Ensure designs align with SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and digital marketing goals.
  • Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve the user experience.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across all devices and platforms.
  • Work with developers to implement designs and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Stay current with emerging design trends and best practices in UI/UX.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital assets.
  • Collaborate with project managers to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • UI/UX Design Proficiency – Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of digital marketing, and CRO strategies
  • User Behavior Analysis – Ability to use Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar to optimize UX.
  • Technical Knowledge – Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (coding not required but a plus).
  • Conversion-Focused Design – Ability to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces that drive traffic to key pages.
  • Collaboration & Communication – Work effectively with developers, marketers, and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail – Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for aesthetics and usability.
     
  • 4+ years’ experience in SaaS, B2B.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, usability testing, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
