Lead solution and platform architecture for the Price Optimization business unit, defining scalable, reusable patterns across UI, application, data, AI, and cloud. Drive AWS-based microservices, event-driven and serverless designs, integrations, observability, security, and AI-native SDLC practices. Lead full-funnel journey architecture and marketing automation to drive pipeline and revenue. Own HubSpot configuration, Snowflake-based audience activation, DXP integration, ABM, AI-driven scoring and next-best-action orchestration. Align marketing and sales through SLAs, measurement frameworks, experimentation, and executive reporting. Build and lead a team and govern journey systems, data integrity, and cross-functional enablement.

Lead technical accounting for internal-use software, cloud, and AI costs; own monthly labor capitalization close; maintain hours-tracking standards and governance; coordinate with engineering, IT finance, and auditors; develop AI cost accounting policy and readiness for emerging FASB guidance.

Own solution strategy and value-stream alignment for an assigned product portfolio. Define scope, sequencing, investment priorities, and build long-term vision, business cases, and ROI models. Analyze and load healthcare reimbursement contracts into adjudication systems, interpret complex rate methodologies (DRG, APC, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10), validate and test contract configurations, maintain fee schedules and provider groups, ensure claims pricing accuracy, collaborate with development teams, and protect confidential HIPAA-related information while responding to client issues.

Lead and manage a marketing research team to plan, execute, and deliver large-scale research initiatives. Design surveys, oversee sampling and analysis, translate data into actionable insights, present findings to senior leaders, manage budgets and vendors, implement new research technologies, and drive continuous improvement and team development.

Lead L2 SOC operations: monitor/tune SIEM, investigate incidents, perform threat hunting (Cortex XDR), manage vulnerability lifecycle (CVE triage, scripting), administer PAM for privileged accounts, mentor L1/L2 analysts, collaborate with security engineers, and maintain incident documentation and process improvements.

Serve as primary client contact for a strategic book of large payer/TPA clients. Drive retention, renewals, and revenue growth through account plans, product optimization, risk mitigation, and executive-level relationship management. Collaborate across teams to uncover upsell opportunities, lead contract negotiations, conduct business reviews, and ensure superior client outcomes and satisfaction.

Lead and scale a global Site Reliability and Operational Resilience practice: define roadmap and standards, own observability strategy, mature major-incident command, run disaster-recovery orchestration and testing, reduce toil through automation, improve post-incident problem management, and influence cross-functional teams to drive measurable reliability and recovery outcomes.

Proactively engage provider clients to convert enrollment to ZAPP EDGE, assist with electronic credit card payments, promote and educate on the Zelis Provider Portal, resolve issues, and use AI tools to streamline communications and improve retention and satisfaction.

Serve as the post-implementation trusted advisor for a portfolio of small-to-medium clients, driving product adoption, demonstrating value through data-driven insights, managing escalations and SLAs, supporting revenue growth via upsell/cross-sell, and collaborating with internal teams on account strategy and performance recovery plans.

Lead design, administration, and governance of executive compensation and equity programs. Manage offers, benchmarking, equity lifecycle and Workday equity platform. Produce Compensation Committee/Board materials, perform financial modeling and analysis, partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external consultants, and drive IPO-readiness and process improvements.
