Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for crafting intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user interfaces, improving user journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver visually appealing and highly functional products.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
Ensure consistency in design systems, style guides, and branding across products.
Translate complex requirements into simple and elegant design solutions.
Optimize user experience based on feedback, analytics, and usability standards.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and business goals.
Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and problem-solving approach.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout design.
Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred QualificationsExperience working with design systems and component libraries.
Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms.
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to motion design or micro-interactions is a plus.
Basic knowledge of UX writing or content design.
