Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI strategies, with a primary focus on marketing-related business domains. Knowledge of the end-to-end content supply chain is preferred
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute AI/ML initiatives that drive business outcomes
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that address complex business challenges
- Drive innovation through hands-on development and continuous adoption of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies
- Lead the integration of AI/ML capabilities into products and platforms while promoting best practices across the development lifecycle
- Leverage Agile and DevSecOps practices to enable automated, continuous delivery across the complete AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), from code check-in to production deployment
- Develop and optimize solutions utilizing technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and model fine-tuning
- Mentor teams and contribute to the development of AI engineering capabilities, standards, and governance
- Work across cloud environments to architect, deploy, and manage AI solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, languages, frameworks, and approaches to enhance AI/ML solution delivery
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline
- 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or related fields
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering or related domains
- 3+ years of recent experience focused on Generative AI technologies, including:
- OpenAI
- Claude
- Gemini
- LangChain
- AI Agents
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Vector Databases
- Prompt Engineering
- Model Fine-tuning
- Technical Skills
- Solid hands-on expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solution development
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as:
- MLflow
- TensorFlow
- PyTorch
- Keras
- Scikit-learn
- Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation across the AI lifecycle
- Proficiency in Python and/or other programming languages used for AI/ML development and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing technology, digital marketing analytics, or customer engagement platforms
- Understanding of content creation, management, and distribution ecosystems across the content supply chain
- Proven track record of delivering innovative AI-driven products and enterprise-scale machine learning solutions
