UI/UX Design

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, interface design, prototyping, and usability, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders.

The role involves translating business requirements and user needs into intuitive design solutions while contributing to design systems, improving product usability, and delivering visually appealing user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  
• Develop responsive designs that provide a seamless user experience across devices.
  
• Ensure consistency in layouts, typography, colors, and visual elements.
  

User Research & Experience

• Participate in user research, usability testing, and user interviews.
  
• Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to identify usability improvements.
  
• Translate user insights into practical design enhancements.
  
• Apply user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
  

Product Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to understand project requirements.
  
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Support product teams in delivering intuitive and scalable user experiences.
  

Design Systems

• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the organization's design system.
  
• Create reusable UI components and follow established design guidelines.
  
• Ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.
  

Prototyping & Continuous Improvement

• Build interactive prototypes for stakeholder reviews and usability testing.
  
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and business requirements.
  
• Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  

AI-Enabled Design

• Utilize AI-assisted design tools to enhance productivity and accelerate design workflows.
  
• ​Explore AI-powered features for ideation, content generation, and rapid prototyping.
  
• Assist in designing user experiences for AI-enabled product features where applicable.
  

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX design projects for web or mobile applications.
  
• Proficiency in Figma, including Components, Auto Layout, Variants, and Prototyping.
  
• Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  
• Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries.
  
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  
• Ability to leverage AI-powered design tools to improve design efficiency and research workflows.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, fintech, healthcare, or AI-enabled products.
  
• Familiarity with conversational UI/UX or AI-assisted user experiences.
  
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
