Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones; coordinating cross-functional teams; managing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery; tracking risks and issues; overseeing governance and quality; communicating with clients and executives; resolving escalations; and improving project delivery processes.

Design intuitive, responsive web and mobile experiences through user research, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI design, and usability testing. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, maintain design systems, create reusable components, and iterate designs based on feedback and behavioral data. Apply accessibility and UX principles while using AI-assisted tools to improve design workflows and support AI-enabled product experiences.

Generate leads and new business opportunities, build client relationships, understand customer needs, present software and IT service solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, manage the full sales cycle, achieve sales targets, maintain CRM records, and monitor market trends. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to support successful project execution.
