About the Role
The UI Designer crafts visually compelling, intuitive, and consistent interfaces for digital products. You’ll translate complex functionality into user-friendly interfaces and design systems that promote clarity, confidence, and delight.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging and accessible designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Design clear, effective data visualizations for insights and recommendations.
- Define UI patterns for transparency, user control, and error handling.
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver polished, high-performing interfaces.
- Build interactive prototypes to validate designs and gather feedback.
- Incorporate feedback and usability data to continuously refine designs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI Design or Visual Product Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design for digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for data-heavy or AI-powered products.
- Motion design or prototyping experience (Framer, After Effects, etc.).
