The Graduates Internship Program (PLANT Z - Pfizer Learning, Applying, Nurturing and Transforming Gen Z program) is designed to equip recent graduates for rapid customer-impact readiness through structured learning, real-world rotations, and mentorship. The program accelerates productivity and develops future commercial leaders.
This is primarily a sales-focused role (around 70% field exposure), where graduates actively promote pharmaceutical products, engage healthcare professionals, and contribute to achieving business targets. In parallel, participants gain cross-functional exposure (around 30%) through rotations across Marketing, Access, NAM, Finance, and Supply Chain, enabling a well-rounded commercial foundation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals, presenting scientific evidence and clinical data.
- Promote products and highlight value propositions aligned to customer needs.
- Support achievement of sales targets through active participation in field activities and territory management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Gain hands-on experience in field sales, account management, and customer engagement strategies.
- Participate in sales planning and execution cycles, including campaigns, launches, and initiatives.
- Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and support engagement plans to enhance product visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated commercial strategies.
- Participate in rotational assignments across Marketing, Access, NAM, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Develop understanding of market access strategies, pricing models, and financial planning.
- Engage in structured learning, mentorship programs, and capstone projects.
- Leverage digital tools, CRM systems, and omnichannel platforms to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare regular performance reports.
