External Advisor Management & Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Serve as primary liaison between deal teams and external tax advisors for U.S. transactions, overseeing scope, timelines, deliverables, and priorities while ensuring practical, commercially focused advice.
  • Challenge assumptions, identify gaps and guide advisors and internal stakeholders toward efficient solutions aligned with key value drivers.
  • Communicate tax considerations clearly across internal functions and support knowledge sharing initiatives to improve execution consistency.

Portfolio & Strategic Support:

  • Partner selectively on transaction-adjacent tax matters affecting portfolio investments, including restructurings, integrations, internal reorganizations and exit planning.
