Responsibilities
- Lead the SC finance activities as product costing, hourly rate calculation, inventory analysis, Cost of Goods Sold and functional cost analysis, preparing timely monthly reporting,
- Drive optimal performance (cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain
- Partner with Supply Chain to provide product cost standards or/and estimation for new products
- Manage the business cycle: budget, forecasts, plans for Supply Chain Finance
- Prepare variance analysis vs Bdg/plan/forecast to HQ and internal customers
- Handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function and finance department.
- Partners with operations to drive performance and simplification using the Lean principles and mindset
- Generates actionable insights through analysis of business metrics. Leads cross functional teams to improve outcomes in cost productivity & inventory turns.
- Being flexible to provide support to other Finance Teams as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance
- Oracle knowledge or another ERP system
- Fluent English
- Knowledge Czech fluent as a plus
- Automotive or manufacturing, audit (advantage) experience needed
