Lead end-to-end contract management for complex, high-priority programs, including solicitation, drafting, negotiation, execution, change management, and closeout. Advise leadership and cross-functional teams on contractual risk, commercial impact, and compliant solutions. Negotiate with customers and partners, apply government or international contracting expertise, manage multiple priorities, and support Lean process improvements. Occasional domestic and international travel is required.
