About the mission we offer you:
The System Engineer, Information Management is responsible for overall project Information Management. This shall include but not limited to managing Systems Administration team members in an integrated environment, ensuring Information Management requirements are adhered to, and providing technical support to relevant project stakeholder.
Main Challenges
This position requires sound technical knowledge on Information Management and Integrated Engineering & Design Applications, with good leadership skills for managing team of various geographical locations and culture.
Main Accountabilities:
Department:
- Act as a role model for the Project team member(s) for ESG and TEN values and contribute to T.EN’s purpose of breaking boundaries to engineer a sustainable future
- Participate in QHSES program, ensuring health and safety of personnel
- Ensuring compliance to GBPMS, BCMS, ICMS, DWP, GWPs and other related quality control procedures for Project Execution Systems perimeter
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction of PES perimeter (Contractual requirements fulfilment, documents/databases delivered on time, etc.)
Project Execution Support:
- Develop and ensure the governance of project Information Management Plan and Information Handover Plan.
- Manage project information standard or class library through AVEVA ISM.
- Prepare relevant project register (tag and document) for the the project.
- Overall coordination between T.EN operating centres and/or Project partner(s)
- Develop digital report and dashboard using Power BI or other relevant tool.
- Responsible for overall project information handover as per project contractual requirements.
- Ensure project team members understand the Information Management requirement and adhere to the relevant procedure and standards.
- Ensure delivery of relevant and timely information to stakeholders enabling the project to be executed to high quality standards, low cost and in the shortest possible time.
- Coordination of project tools used by the various departments and disciplines for the execution of the project, including CAD, Engineering Document Management System (EDMS), Engineering Design Tools, Project Systems and Information Management (data integration, warehousing and handover).
- Promote way of working through digitalization to all project team members.
Continuous Improvement and Expertise:
- Support harmonization of Project Execution Systems work processes, methodology and tools, ensuring standardized deployment of its software and activities
- Collect needs and feedbacks from Project team for continuous improvement
- Support lean execution of projects by registering ideas for continuous improvement in Alpha Omega
- Conduct AVEVA ISM and Power BI training for junior team members
About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Information Management or Data Management
- 5 years of working experience in Information Management or Data Management
- Experience in managing FEED, Detailed Design and EPC projects.
- Good understanding of Engineering workflows including inter-discipline processes
- Able to communicate efficiently in diverse working environment including counterparts of various geographical locations and culture.
- Good understanding of various engineering designs tools and information management tools.
- Experience in AVEVA ISM and AVEVA Engineering is an added advantage.
- Possess fundamental knowledge of Information Management requirements and data model.
- Familiar with any industry standard for information management like CFIHOS.
- Possess fundamental knowledge in Power BI.
- Possess basic knowledge on 2D CAD application such as MicroStation & AutoCAD
- Possess basic knowledge on EDMS application.
- Proficiency in English
