Works under supervision within multidisciplinary teams to prepare technical documentation, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and support project execution from concept through startup.

Process vendor invoices and payments, maintain AP records, prepare and post journal entries, support month-end close and reconciliations, resolve vendor inquiries, ensure internal controls and 1099 compliance, and collaborate across teams to improve processes and support audits.

Manage end-to-end international mobility operations for expatriates and inpatriates, including assignment logistics, immigration and work permits, compliance with tax and social security rules, stakeholder coordination, mobility cost estimation, and accurate HR reporting for a portfolio of 100+ assignees.

Lead and supervise weight-control studies across offshore and modular energy projects: calculate and analyze weight and center of gravity, compute engineering carbon footprint, maintain weight/COG and emissions-factor databases, produce reports and specifications, propose remedial actions with engineering disciplines, and ensure quality and historical tracking.

Support implementation and continuous improvement of project/site quality plans for LNG construction. Verify quality procedure execution, review documentation, support ITPs and audits, manage NCRs and corrective actions, collect and analyze quality KPIs, perform statistical and root-cause analysis, deploy digital quality tools, and provide subcontractor/site audit and training support.

Support HSE Manager by collecting and consolidating HSE data, maintaining document control, preparing HSE reports and presentations, and providing administrative and reporting support for audits and management reviews.
