Leads electrical engineering activities for energy and industrial projects, including design, analysis, deliverable approval, project scheduling, budget and quality control, technical risk management, subcontractor oversight, and coordination with procurement, construction, commissioning, and other disciplines. Manages a small engineering team, ensures compliance with project requirements and industry codes, monitors KPIs, supports client and vendor technical interactions, and oversees material quantity reporting and project closeout.

Support the Digital Business team with strategic marketing initiatives for digital and decarbonization solutions. Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis; identify trends and growth opportunities; help develop value propositions, market segments, and go-to-market strategies; prepare recommendations for business development and sales teams; and create strategic marketing materials for international audiences.

Lead weight-control activities for offshore oil & gas projects: develop/implement weight control procedures, maintain weight reports across project phases, manage weight budgets and growth, coordinate multidisciplinary weight and CoG data, assess lifting/transport/installation CoG, support optimization, and liaise with clients, vendors, and marine warranty surveyors.

Review and secure Excel sizing spreadsheets used for industrial process engineering studies. The intern will verify spreadsheet instructions, cell and formula protection, change controls, input/output clarity, and usability. They will then add features and propose an engineering toolkit. The role requires process engineering knowledge, Excel and VBA proficiency, English fluency, attention to detail, communication skills, initiative, adaptability, and teamwork.

Supports engineering and commercial tendering from invitation through submission. Reviews solicitation documents, coordinates technical and commercial inputs, prepares proposal content, maintains compliance matrices and tender records, supports risk reviews and execution planning, and quality-checks final submissions. The role works cross-functionally with engineering, estimating, legal, procurement, sales, project management, vendors, and international offices while managing deadlines and continuous improvement initiatives.

Performs flow assurance engineering scope, calculations, simulations, technical analyses, engineering deliverables, and technical documentation for subsea and onshore/offshore projects. Supports senior engineers, resolves interdisciplinary issues, assists with estimates, and maintains work quality. Requires engineering qualifications, flow assurance experience, simulation software knowledge, analytical and communication skills, teamwork, and strong HSES commitment.

Lead electrical engineering design for LNG, carbon capture, refining, and petrochemical projects. Produce power system studies, one-line diagrams, wiring, grounding, and equipment specifications; review vendors; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; mentor engineers and manage schedules, budgets, and standards compliance across PDP, FEED, and detailed design phases.

Manage the collection, verification, version control, and finalisation of as-built engineering, construction, and vendor documentation. Maintain records in project EDMS platforms, ensure metadata and compliance accuracy, coordinate stakeholders and suppliers, track document status, resolve comments, and compile final handover dossiers for commissioning, operations, and maintenance teams.

Leads offshore process engineering design across proposals, studies, project execution, and operations. Develops design bases, process descriptions, simulations, calculations, PFDs, heat and material balances, P&IDs, equipment and instrumentation datasheets, and utility consumption summaries. Ensures technical quality, safety, environmental compliance, budget and schedule adherence, and alignment with client and industry standards. Supports engineering through startup, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, mentors junior engineers, and contributes to procedures and engineering tools.

Supports operations and logistics coordination for a major offshore LNG project in Maputo. Responsibilities include tracking material deliveries, personnel mobilization, project interfaces, meetings, operational reports, dashboards, readiness reviews, milestones, action items, and documentation. The role requires collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, marine operations, supply chain, and project controls in a multicultural environment.

Supports the Budget & Control department by tracking company costs, extracting and analyzing data for forecasts, budgets, and actuals, identifying variances, maintaining reports, and conducting finance analyses.
