Treasury Associate (Crypto)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze daily treasury reports on digital asset holdings, liquidity positions, and capital movements.
• Monitor and manage crypto liquidity across exchanges, custodial wallets, and on-chain protocols.
• Track investment portfolio performance including DeFi staking and Liquidity Pool risk-reward dynamics.
• Assist in transaction booking and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Support liquidity forecasting and capital allocation, optimizing funding strategies.
• Perform transaction reconciliation, ensuring accuracy across wallets, smart contracts, and internal records.
• Provide support on enhancement and streamline operational workflows.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to handle treasury processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in banking or fintech. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills will also be considered.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling, liquidity reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and blockchain transaction data.
• Solid understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity pools and staking mechanisms.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Python or SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Candidates with experience in automation, data analytics, or blockchain monitoring tools will have an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
• across teams (Finance, Risk, Operations, Compliance).
• Experience working in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies is a plus.
• Knowledge of crypto exchange operations, liquidity risk management, or stablecoin treasury operations is a plus.
• Hands-on exposure to treasury management systems and on-chain analytics is a plus.
