The Role
The Finance team comprises multiple functions fromBusiness Performance Management, Digital Transformation, Financial Planning & Analysis , Financials Control, Operations, Procurement, Tax, and Treasury. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze daily treasury reports on digital asset holdings, liquidity positions, and capital movements
- Monitor and manage crypto liquidity across exchanges, custodial wallets, and on-chain protocols
- Assist in transaction booking and balance sheet reconciliation
- Support liquidity forecasting and capital allocation, optimizing funding strategies
- Provide support on enhancement and streamline operational workflows
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to handle treasury processes
- Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in banking or fintech. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills will also be considered
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling, liquidity reporting, and data analysis
- Knowledge of crypto exchange operations or stablecoin treasury operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and blockchain transaction data is a plus
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment
