Job Description
The Travel Mobility Administrator`s role is to support the Renesas employees globally for operational questions and issues related to the Renesas Travel and Mobility program. This also includes technical support for all related tools and systems. The Administrator promotes the companies travel policy, strategic goals and ensures policy compliance.
The Administrator supports to develop strategies to optimize tools, processes and policies with the focus on efficiency, sustainability and compliance.
- Provide professional support and service to employees on all requests related to the Renesas Travel and Mobility program
- Monitor the Global Mobility email inbox, answering queries on self-booking, travel, entertainment expenses and mobility
- Provide technical support and assist employees in resolving Travel & Mobility systems related issues
- Work in close relationship with other departments to solve issues raised by employees (HR, IT, Finance, etc.)
- Cooperate with Finance department to ensure correct and timely processing of invoices related to Travel and Mobility
- Ensure compliance with the company's travel and mobility policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines
- Identify improvement opportunities to optimize Travel & Mobility operation management and policies efficiency
- Support development of harmonized processes fitting to global standards with focus on efficiency, sustainability and compliance
- Review and enhance related systems design to fit the global policies and process governance
- Management of Concur Travel system data
- Responsibility for individual travel related projects & other T&M duties and responsibilities as requested
- Deputy of other Team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- 3 years plus proven experience in corporate travel or in a similar role within the travel industry
- In-depth knowledge of corporate travel policies, industry practices, and travel management systems
- Strong customer-service focus and superior self-organizational skills, comfortable coordinating simultaneous tasks and projects with multi-departmental stakeholders
- Previous experience with travel and expense systems, particularly SAP Concur would be desirable
- Ability to develop and establish effective processes within a fast-moving environment
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent spoken & written communications skills in English
