A premier corporate event management and incentive travel agency is seeking a highly organised, creative, and proactive Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to end-to-end manage innovative domestic and international corporate travel, conference, and event projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- End-to-End Project Execution: Independently conceptualise, plan, and deliver Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events (M.I.C.E) projects from initial brief through to final execution, both on-site and remotely.
- Creative Concepts & Itineraries: Draft RFQ proposals, creative themes, and out-of-the-box itineraries for events and incentive travel programmes.
- Financial Management: Build, manage, and reconcile project budgets to maintain strict financial control.
- Supplier & Logistics Management: Source, negotiate, and maintain supplier relationships; manage ground transportation, accommodation, and flights (flight management experience is highly advantageous).
- Client & Guest Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders; manage guest inquiries, visas, extensions, and breakaway travel.
- On-Site Management: Conduct site inspections and lead small project teams on-site during larger-scale events.
Requirements
- Experience: 4 to 5+ years of dedicated project management experience within the M.I.C.E, Incentive Travel, or Corporate Events sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Exceptional corporate English (written and verbal) and professional email etiquette.
- Attributes: High level of self-discipline, solution-driven mindset, composure under deadline pressure, and acute attention to detail.
- Mobility: Valid passport and willingness to travel both locally and internationally.
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license essential
