This is your opportunity to shape how thousands of employees experience their daily commute while driving operational excellence through smart transportation programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic cost management.

  • Oversee daily operations of corporate shuttle services including route planning, scheduling, real-time adjustments, and service delivery to ensure reliable, safe, and professional transportation for employees across all shifts
  • Manage corporate vehicle fleet encompassing pool cars and executive vehicles, coordinating vehicle inspections, regulatory compliance, and usage tracking systems
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with transportation service providers including shuttle operators, limousine services, and rental car companies while conducting regular vendor performance reviews and maintaining quarterly scorecards
  • Analyze employee commuting patterns and demand data to design optimal shuttle routes that balance coverage, frequency, travel time, and cost-effectiveness using transportation planning tools and GIS mapping
  • Monitor transportation metrics including ridership, on-time performance, cost per passenger mile and customer satisfaction, preparing daily dashboards, weekly management reports, and monthly operational summaries for senior leadership
  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee transportation inquiries and escalations, communicating service updates through multiple channels, conducting surveys, and arranging monthly meetings with client stakeholders to address concerns
  • Implement and manage mobility technology platforms including shuttle tracking apps, GPS vehicle monitoring systems, parking reservation systems, and helpdesk priority management while evaluating emerging solutions to enhance user convenience
  • Ensure all transportation services comply with local regulations, traffic laws, and safety standards while investigating incidents, maintaining required documentation including permits and compliance certificates, and circulating incident reports within 24 hours
  • Develop and maintain Business Continuity Management (BCM) transport plans, actively participate in client-led planning sessions, and send timely communications about operational disruptions affecting business operations
  • Work closely with billing teams on invoice processing, payment tracking, monthly accruals, and cost analysis, highlighting findings to management and identifying opportunities for cost optimization
  • Oversee staffing, performance development, and training plans for the transport team, creating shift rosters, maintaining attendance records, and conducting goal-setting and career development discussions

Required qualifications:
