We have an exciting opportunity for a transport coordinator to join our Auckland team!

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm and rostered Saturdays if required.
About the role - Mō te tūranga
In this role, you’ll act as the central point of contact for our customer, managing all aspects of their daily transport needs. You’ll coordinate bookings, pricing, and service delivery while maintaining strong communication with both the customer and carriers to ensure transport requirements are met on time and to a high standard.
Additional key duties below:
- Use CRM systems to record and manage customer support activities.
- Prepare and manage quotes for transport services.
- Coordinate urgent or time-sensitive transport requirements from pricing through to completion.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and enhance service standards.

Your ability to build strong relationships, problem-solve quickly, and drive continuous service improvements will be key to success.
Additionally, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Transport and Logistics industry
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to prioritise and manage workflow efficiently
- Demonstrated analytical and solutions driven skills
- Knowledge of KPI reporting / recording and procedures
