As an Account Manager you will be r esponsible for driving performance metrics and first-class 4P execution across a category for a major New Zealand retail customer. This role will support the Head of Customer in driving best practice across the account.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Maintain relationships and grow sales, starting from a clear understanding of the customer strategy, their shopper and driven environment.
  • Deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance.
  • Execute strategic medium-term customer Joint Value Plans, connecting Customer and KHC strategy to drive mutual growth and value.
  • Support 4P execution of all KHC strategies in portfolio, exceeding sales, profit, investment, distribution, market share, forecasting and engagement targets.
  • Owning the P&L of a portfolio of categories in one of our customer teams.
  • Partner with cross functional colleagues to deliver for your portfolio
  • Execute and support leadership of a data driven selling agenda with customer.

About you:
  • Around 5 years experience in a commercial role, preferably in an FMCG environment
  • Strong problem solving abilities; eager to handle entrepreneurial challenges.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate
