Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is the principal location for handling the business support activities and processes for Tate & Lyle, both transactional as well as value-added business partnering support. Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally. We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, HR/People Services, and IS/IT
ROLE PURPOSE
The purpose of the role is to oversee the daily operations of a team, ensure that team members are motivated, supported, and working efficiently towards achieving the team's goals. The Transaction Processing Supervisor acts as a liaison between the team and upper management, facilitating communication and ensuring that the team's efforts align with the organization's objectives.
The role of Transaction Processing Supervisor P2P (Americas, APAC & EMEA) needs to be located in GSS, Lodz.
Leadership and Supervision:
- Coordinate team activities and delegate tasks effectively.
- Manage resources to optimize team performance.
- Provide clear direction and leadership to team members.
- Set performance expectations and monitor progress.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
- Participating in both internal GSS and T&L projects as required
- Participating in both internal GSS and T&L audits, as required
- Looking for the opportunities for the process improvements and automations.
Performance Management:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for team members.
- Support team members in their career development goals.
Motivation and Support:
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Address team members' concerns and provide support as needed.
- Encourage professional development and continuous learning.
Communication:
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Relay important information from upper management to the team.
- Facilitate open and transparent communication channels.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise within the team.
· Build and maintain effective cooperation and partnership with Business.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of team performance and progress (KPI monitoring)
- Prepare and submit regular reports to upper management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Skills Required
- Experience supervising transactional teams
