Position Summary
ECS is seeking a Training Support Manager - SME to support the ARNG ENOCS program by providing strategic leadership and governance for the ARNG Enterprise Training Program. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Enterprise Training Plan, ensuring alignment with TRADOC/T2COM requirements and Army training regulations. This role is pivotal in coordinating with various military training organizations to deliver compliant and effective training solutions, both domestically and internationally. The Training Support Manager will ensure that training environments adhere to DoD and Army security regulations, contributing to the overall readiness and effectiveness of the ARNG enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Enterprise Training Plan, ensuring alignment with Army training standards.
- Establish and enforce training strategy and performance standards across the ARNG Enterprise portfolio.
- Coordinate with TRADOC, FMSA, PEC, and other organizations to ensure curriculum compliance.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of training for CONUS and OCONUS locations, utilizing VTC, DCS, and MTT.
- Ensure training environments comply with DoD and Army security regulations.
- Report to Government leadership on training readiness, course completion metrics, and program effectiveness.
- Lead the development and implementation of immersive cybersecurity training for ARCYBER analysts.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver training solutions that enhance product adoption and user satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- S. in Education Technology and Leadership and B.S. in Adult Education and Training
- Certified PMP-PMI, ITIL v3, ScrumMaster, and CompTIA Security+
- Over 14 years of experience in leading training solutions for enterprise IT programs
- Proven track record of managing dependencies and delivering training solutions for Government agencies
- Experience in training for global product rollouts across multiple enterprise sites
- Proficient in Jira, ITIL best practices, and change management
