Deploy and maintain AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, IaC, containers, CI/CD, networking, and security/compliance; troubleshoot issues; produce documentation; collaborate with stakeholders and Government representatives.

Execute UAT, develop and run test plans/cases, identify and track defects, validate fixes, perform regression testing, and collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure acceptance criteria and quality standards before release.

Architect, operate, and optimize DevSecOps pipelines for multi-domain NIPRNet delivery. Integrate CI/CD and security tooling, author policy-as-code and pipeline standards, triage vulnerabilities, monitor pipeline reliability, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and mission readiness.

Lead project execution for integration of geospatial analytic capabilities into a DoW enterprise.
