Supports federal cybersecurity operations through cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability management, network defense, incident analysis, reporting, dashboards, process improvement, and technical mentorship. The role aligns cross-functional teams, tracks changing priorities, captures meeting minutes, and provides administrative, programmatic, and technical support to the Program Manager.

Design, develop, debug, test, and optimize embedded firmware for microcontroller-based hardware products. Collaborate with hardware and software teams on architecture, interfaces, hardware bring-up, validation, and field troubleshooting. Write maintainable C/C++ code, support unit and integration testing, resolve performance and power issues, document designs, and participate in code reviews. Occasional domestic and international travel is required for installations, testing, and related project activities.

Lead multiple technical and operational projects for Intelligence Community customers, including AI/ML, generative AI, data management, cloud modernization, and systems integration initiatives. Develop project plans, track risks and milestones, coordinate technical teams and government stakeholders, manage vendors, support secure cloud deployments, and communicate project status and requirements across cross-functional teams.

Lead multiple concurrent federal data analytics and business intelligence projects from initiation through delivery and closeout. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, business analysis, project planning, Agile ceremonies, backlog and roadmap management, risk and issue tracking, change control, governance, documentation, and coordination with product owners and technical teams using Jira and Confluence.

Leads data science, analytics, data engineering, and AI/ML teams supporting USCENTCOM operations. Oversees data pipelines, governance, statistical modeling, machine learning, generative AI, data lakes, and operationalization of analytical capabilities. Translates mission requirements into technical solutions, advises senior stakeholders, briefs operational leaders, and manages multiple strategic initiatives. Requires extensive military, federal, or intelligence-community experience, active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and occasional domestic and international travel.

Design, deploy, secure, maintain, optimize, and document globally deployed Elastic Stack enterprise solutions in a Federal DoD environment. Support Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats, machine learning, SIEM, data normalization, REST API integrations, Ansible automation, infrastructure management, STIG and Nessus remediation, reporting automation, and technical documentation. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to support engineering personnel and customer requirements.

Administer and develop Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management for a federal mission-enablement program. Lead Atlassian Data Center to Government Cloud migration activities, including planning, validation, compatibility checks, and cutover support. Build intake portals, workflows, dashboards, service catalogs, automations, and governance tools. Troubleshoot permissions, security, notifications, and workflow issues; manage add-ons and configurations; document solutions; and train users.

Designs, builds, and modernizes large-scale enterprise APIs supporting DHS applications. Responsibilities include API architecture, React integration, CI/CD pipeline operation, cloud deployment, legacy system migration, technical debt reduction, code refactoring, and troubleshooting complex production systems while improving scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Provides operational support for a DHS cloud operations team by triaging access, outage, change, and support requests; coordinating maintenance and approvals; managing user provisioning; monitoring dashboards; communicating status; and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, documentation, and troubleshooting records. The role routes infrastructure and security issues to specialized engineers while supporting organized, responsive service delivery in a regulated environment.

Provides enterprise patch management and vulnerability remediation across Microsoft, Azure, SCCM, and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include vulnerability assessments, patch deployment, configuration corrections, scanner remediation, compliance baseline management, reporting, 24/7 incident support, and technical training. Ensures remediation activities meet DoD RMF, IAV, STIG, and NIST requirements.

Develop, engineer, implement, and maintain identity and access management systems, primarily using Oracle IAM products. Configure workflows, provisioning, SSO, RBAC and ABAC policies; perform system patching, scripting, integrations, synchronization testing, troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and training. Support IAM roadmaps and enhance system infrastructure for a federal law enforcement environment.
