Lead 24x7 SOC operations for a large federal enterprise: manage Tier I-III incident response, serve as incident commander, maintain SOC schedules and documentation, coordinate containment/eradication/recovery, drive post-incident lessons learned, apply MITRE ATT&CK and NIST guidance, collaborate with threat hunting and engineering, and present findings to technical and executive stakeholders.
