The Training & Quality Supervisor is responsible for managing the Training and Quality functions for a Content Moderation program, ensuring employees meet performance, compliance, and client standards. This role leads training initiatives, quality monitoring activities, and continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop Training and Quality teams.
Design and deliver onboarding, refresher, and upskilling training programs.
Monitor and improve content moderation quality performance through audits, calibrations, and coaching.
Analyze quality trends and identify areas for improvement.
Partner with Operations and clients to ensure alignment with policies, KPIs, and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and action plans.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of experience in Training, Quality, or Operations within a BPO environment on a similar role.
Experience supporting Content Moderation programs.
Previous people management experience.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and performance management.
Lean Six Sigma knowledge (Green Belt certification is an advantage).
Strong analytical, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
English full professional proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Trust & Safety or Content Moderation environments.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
Experience working with international clients and multilingual operations.
