This position, reporting to the Commercial Excellence Head, will be based in Obour and hired under Legacy Amoun (part of Arcera) employment contract.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Head to lead the learning and development strategy for our pharmaceutical operations. This role is critical in ensuring our teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and compliance standards required to excel in a highly regulated and competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for sales, marketing, medical affairs, and support functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
Ensure compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GMP, GxP, SOPs).
- Manage training budgets, vendors, and digital learning platforms.
- Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build, Coach and mentor training team members and internal trainers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical training, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards.
- Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Expert in the new digital and gamification training models is a plus.
