Manage the Perth depot workshop and lead Engineers, Technicians, and Cleaners supporting a fleet of more than 102 vehicles. Schedule and prioritize maintenance, servicing, and quality checks; develop team capability; promote continuous improvement; and ensure vehicles are safe, clean, reliable, and road-ready. The role also requires maintaining health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while making effective operational decisions.

Lead national PR and corporate affairs strategy to protect and strengthen Stagecoach's reputation through media relations, stakeholder engagement, issues management, and integrated communications across national and regional teams.

Lead category management for People and Marketing-related spend: develop sourcing strategies, run tenders, manage supplier relationships and contracts, analyse spend and performance, ensure compliance, drive cost efficiencies and supplier performance, and promote sustainable sourcing and continuous improvement.

Support monthly management accounts, journal posting, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, VAT and audit preparation, budgeting and forecasts. Work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, ensure compliance with financial policies and support ad-hoc finance projects while developing technical accounting skills.

Manage the Arbroath depot workshop and a team of engineers/support staff to ensure buses are safe, clean and reliable. Provide technical guidance, diagnostics, and PCV operations knowledge; meet maintenance targets, liaise with Operations to meet PVR, and develop staff.

Respond to customer enquiries across phone, webchat, email, SMS and social media; resolve complaints empathetically; spot patterns to improve service; work with regional operations and enterprise systems; operate on rotating shifts.

Maintain and repair bodywork for a fleet of buses including framework, panels, ramps, doors, upholstery, welding and painting. Work as part of an engineering team, receive training, and support vehicle reliability across depot operations.

Maintain, diagnose, and repair HGV/PCV vehicles at the Barnstaple depot. Perform routine servicing, fault-finding, and component replacement across shifts. Ensure PPE and safety standards, assist with vehicle testing, and support depot engineering operations.

Plan, schedule, and optimise contact centre staffing using forecasts and real-time monitoring. Produce reports and dashboards, analyse data to improve efficiency, manage adherence, identify risks, and support continuous improvement with operational leaders.

Perform DVSA-standard safety inspections and statutory vehicle examinations, record and report defects, support MOT preparation and audits, liaise with technicians and workshop leadership, and promote depot safety and compliance for a fleet including hybrid and electric vehicles.

Late-shift shunter/cleaner performing workshop cleaning, vehicle washing and parking, charging vehicles, and supporting the vehicle maintenance team. Physically demanding, 18:00–02:00 roster, training provided. Reliable, team-oriented candidates sought; driving license preferred.

Coordinate rail replacement services across the UK during disruptions and planned works. Manage buses and trains to run on time, make announcements, perform safety duties, assist customers, and support special events. Be flexible with locations, travel, and hours; training provided.

Maintain and repair a varied fleet of public service vehicles (minibuses to double-deckers). Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics, roadside repairs, and depot servicing. Work with a team, receive on-the-job training, and support fleet readiness to deliver reliable passenger services.

Perform daily fuelling, coolant and oil top-ups, record fuel and fluid usage, wash and clean bus exteriors and wheels, report damage or issues, carry out fleet checks, and interior cleaning as required. Work 39 hours/week on a five-week rota (16:30-01:00).

Maintain and repair buses at the Walkergate depot to ensure vehicles are roadworthy, available and reliable. Work on an 8-on/6-off shift rota as part of the engineering team, perform routine and corrective maintenance, and support depot operations. NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject required; PCV licence preferred (training available).

Depot shunter responsible for fueling, washing and safely parking buses, completing accurate coolant/oil/fuel reports, and following Stagecoach health and safety procedures. 40 hours/week on a 5-over-7 backshift pattern. Requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a full car licence. PPE provided and opportunities for overtime and progression.

Fuel, clean and perform basic maintenance checks on buses: daily fueling, exterior and wheel washing, topping coolant and engine oil, recording fuel/coolant/oil issues, reporting damage, performing fleet checks, and interior cleaning when required. Maintain logs and report excessive issues. Shift work on a five-week rota; on-site at Worksop Depot.

Clean bus interiors and exteriors, fuel buses, shunt/park buses, and perform premises cleaning. 39 hours/week on an evening shift rota; full training provided.

Maintain and repair a fleet of buses (single, double-decker, and electric), perform depot and occasional roadside repairs, work as part of an engineering team, receive training on bus systems, and support vehicle availability for passenger services. Role is based at West Ham garage with a Tuesday–Saturday shift pattern.

Perform depot duties including cleaning workshop, fuelling, washing, parking and moving buses, supporting vehicle maintenance, and occasional handy-man or basic maintenance tasks. Training provided and progression to mechanic roles possible.
