What Drives Success

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Handling basic office tasks such as answering emails and phone calls related to training programs and classes.
  • Process training documents accurately and in a timely manner making sure forms are complete and requirements are met.
  • Accurately update and maintain tracking spreadsheets with relevant data.
  • Follow-up, escalate and report accurately on training data.
  • Monthly calls to technicians and their managers for updates/feedback on tech’s progress/performance in training programs.
  • Update technician and class training files to keep current and easily accessible.
  • Prepare training documents and classroom materials for scheduled classes and to register techs.
  • Maintains class calendar by setting up class invites and scheduling meetings accordingly.
  • Setup class lunches, setup and refresh classrooms, and greet technicians and managers.
  • Monitor stock supplies and report when there are shortages.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
What We Are Looking For
  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Associates degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, administrative support, and/or coordinating roles.
  • HVAC knowledge/experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn and understand technical terminology.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
  • Computer skills and extensive knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly with Excel spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Superior problem-solving skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.
  • Enjoys working independently and with a team.
  • Must be passionate about supporting another’s success.
What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried nonexempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $35,000  $45,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.


Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
