SUMMARY:
Conduct, coordinate and monitor training of new and existing employees on the electronic health and dental record systems with on-going follow-up training. Establishes and evaluates workflow and work processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies in staff and systems. Works with management to develop, implement, review and revise standards, policy and procedures.
SCHEDULE/HOURS:
- Monday - Friday
- Typically 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- No weekends
- Circumstances may require the employee to work hours house of those listed, but that is rare.
Position is based in Tallahassee, FL, and will require travel to our sites.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. AA degree in related field preferred,
3. 3 years experience in related field
