We are now looking for a Training Coordinator to join Nissan's eNEST business division (Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Sweden) at our Sweden office.
How can you contribute and have an impact?
- Coordinate product, process, skills, SMIT & technical training related matters
- Support RBU teams in production, localization and execution of all training related material and activities, vehicles & aftersales
- Liaise with RBU training department to ensure consistency of training administration and development
- Act as key local liaison regarding training in Sweden
- Act as Nissan Sweden training interface with training back-office
- Coordinate the Learning Management System for Sweden/Norway/Denmark
- Local coordination of training software and calendars
- Manage agent network communication processes regarding training
- Support internal brand & product related training
- Maintain NSSW (Nissan Sales and Service Way) aligned with real life
- Coordinate training vehicle fleet in local market
- Coordinate agent training related payments and reporting
- Coordinate proof-reading and validation, as well as updating of training material
- Provide local training forecast and reporting
- Coordinate business relations with local training providers
What are we looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably within the automotive industry
- Experience within an international, matrix organization is highly advantageous
- Higher education at the Bachelor's level in business, education, or equivalent
- Experience in a similar training role is a strength
- Structured, organized, and hands-on approach to work
- Initiative and ownership of one's area of work
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Readiness to speak in front of an audience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible and open mindset
- Good IT skills; experience with learning management systems is an advantage
- Fluency in Swedish and English is a must both verbal and written
