Role Overview:

The Training, Compliance and Methodology Manager must coordinate programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of the Local Markets Operations employees. The main purpose is to make the most out of people’s talents and help them develop to their full potential.

 

How you will make a difference:

  • Monitor legislation and process changes

  • Check legislation changes, monitor regular publications

  • Permanently check what possibilities exist to make declarations and communications to authorities, funds and insurances, and implement the most automated ones

  • Run training material and training sessions for the teams

  • Prepare and maintain a training presentation on payroll and usage of German Payroll Software

  • Prepare and maintain a "How do I.." / "FAQ" document

  • Train all new joiners on German payroll and German Payroll Software

  • Train all teams on new legislation, processes and German Payroll Software functionality

  • Be the first level of support for all teams on payroll processes and the usage of German Payroll Software

  • Collaborate with system integration team and ensure compliance to all client requirements and provide appropriate training to clients and ensure efficient implementation of all systems

  • Put in place controls procedure out and inside payroll software.

 

What will give you an advantage:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Degree in business related field

  • 5 year experience on German Payroll minimum

  • Past experience as SME or Trainer

  • Fluency in English and German, written and oral communication skills are essential

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to comfortably interact & communicate with all levels of the organization

  • A self-starter personality with ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines in a changing environment

  • Strong administration and organizational skills are essential

  • High levels of attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Self-directed individual with initiative and demonstrated leadership abilities.
