Job Description:
-Daily documentation/operation for Sea-freight shipment;
-Communication with suppliers,vendors and oversea agent, maintain the smooth relation with customer;
-Receive shipping orders;
-Confirm with oversea agent with shipping information;
-Arrange booking with carrier under agent's
-Release S/O to supplier and update S/O information in system;
-Keep agent informed for any changes;
-Pick up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier's request;
-Update related charges in system in time.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of sea-freight shipment documentation and operations
- Ability to communicate with suppliers, vendors, overseas agents, and customers
- Experience receiving and confirming shipping orders
- Ability to arrange bookings with carriers and coordinate with agents
- Experience updating shipping order information in internal systems
- Ability to coordinate cargo pickup and arrange customs clearance
- Ability to update related charges in the system in a timely manner
